และประโยคนี้ควรจะแปลว่าอย่างไร

เข้าใจว่า modify  clause ข้างหน้าทั้งประโยคหรือหมายถึงเป็นผลลัพธ์ของ clause ที่อยู่ข้างหน้าหรือเปล่า  ควรจะแปลอย่างไร
