รบกวนช่วยแปล เอกสารกฏหมาย ส่วนนี้ด้วยครับ

มีน้องฝากมาแปลครับ เพราะบริษัทแปลไม่รับ ปกติผมไม่ได้แปลเอกสาร กฏหมาย อยากทราบว่า เอกสาร สัญญา ข้อตกลง ในกฏหมายไทย ต้องมีสำนวนการเขียนที่เป๊ะตามกฏหมายไหมครับ ผมเคยเห็นเอกสารกฏหมายในอเมริกา เขียนแค่ให้ครอบคลุมและเข้าใจพอ

ไม่เคยเห็นเอกสารตัวนี้มาก่อนเลยครับ

1.The Parties shall not in any way whatsoever circumvent each other and/or attempt to circumvent each other and/or
any of the parties involved in any of the transactions the Parties wish to enter or do actually enter.

2. The Parties shall not disclose any contact person revealed by either Party, if not previously known by the receiving
Party, to any third Parties as they fully recognize that such information and contact(s) of the respective Party are
the proprietary information of that Party, and the Parties shall not enter into direct and/or indirect offers,
negotiations and/or transaction with such contacts revealed by the other Party who made the contact(s) available.
