ช่วยดูประโยคเหล่านี้หน่อยค่ะ เกี่ยวกับภาษีเงินได้ของต่างชาติ

งงกับ phrase นึงในประโยคค่ะ  ขออนุญาตโพสต์ตัวอย่างประโยคและคำแปลเห่ยๆ ก่อนนะคะ
