Dear colleagues
To comply with the company's regulation, you are requested to communicate your requests for approval or any actions through the corporate chain of command: initially to your immediate supervisor, and then to Deputy Manager and Manager consecutively. Bypassing this chain of command is not permitted.

ใครพอช่วยร่างจดหมายแจ้งสายการบังคับบัญชา เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ให้หน่อยครับ
คร่าวๆคือ เรื่อง แจ้งเพื่อทราบ
เรียน พนักงานทุกท่าน
เนื่องด้วยทางบริษัทฯขอชี้แจงถึงระเบียบขั้นตอนการในการขออนุญาตหรือการจะกระทำการใดๆ ให้หัวหน้าผู้ดูแลทราบก่อน จากนั้นให้ส่งเรื่องยังผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ และลำดับสุดท้ายถึงให้ส่งเรื่องต่อให้ผู้จัดการ ทางบริษัทฯไม่อนุญาตให้ติดต่อผู้จัดการทีมโดยตรง ทั้งหวังว่าพนักงานทุกท่านจะให้ความร่วมมือเป็นอย่างดี
