TrueOnline Home Fiber Down - Flashing Red LOS Light - Need English Support

My home fiber internet went down today. The LOS light on my router is flashing red. I have already tried restarting it. I have tried calling 1242, waiting on iService for 2 hours, and messaging on Facebook, but I cannot get through to an English speaker. Please contact me to open a repair ticket.
