Internet went down on monday, made a ticket in the 3BB app, and i got a call from contact center saying technician will call, no one did, not that day or the next. I made another ticket yesterday, on wednesday, 25-4074224, and also called 1530 but i did not get any information when it will be fixed, only that someone will get back to me. No one did. This is the 4th day with the f##n LOS red light. No information what so ever what the problem is or when someone will fix it. This is really pissing me off. Is this considered good service, to keep customer waiting and guessing if or when someone bothers to do something about it?interne
