Radiological Examination

Chest PA

Findings: 

Tubes/Lines :   none

Lungs: Faint focal opacity at RUL zone.

Mild bilateral apical fibrosis / pleural thickening.

Pleura: No pneumothorax or effusion.

Heart and mediastinum : normal cardiac silhouette .

Normal mediastinal contour.

Bony structures : unremarkable for age.

Upper abdomen :  unremarkable.

Impression:

Faint focal opacity at RUL zone could be vascular shadow and /or  fibrosis.

Advise follow up

Mild bilateral apical  fibrosis / pleural thickening.
