ตามประกาศของรัฐบาลแนะนำหลีกเลี่ยงเดินทางไปญี่ปุ่น ผมพยายามโทรเข้าคอลเซ็นเตอร์มาสามวัน
เมื่อโทรติด ทางคอลเซ็นเตอร์แจ้งว่าไม่มีประกาศยกเลิกจากทางสายการบินให้ยกเว้นค่าดำเนินการเปลี่ยนแปลงเที่ยวบินครับ
ดำเนินการบินกันตามปกติ
แม้ว่าทาง สายการบิน scoot สิงค์โปร์จะมีประกาศแล้วก็ตาม ทางคอลเซ็นเตอร์แจ้งว่าคนละสายการบิน
Customers travelling to Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan or Vietnam
Customers affected by entry restrictions, with flight bookings with travel periods from 23 January – 31 March 2020 (inclusive), who wish to change their travel plans may contact our Facebook page, Weibo page, or Call Centre, to avail of the following options:
Re-route to another Scoot destination (travel date up to 31 August 2020), subject to availability. Change fee will be waived, fare difference applies.
Re-book the flight to a later travel date (up to 31 August 2020) with same origin and destination, subject to availability. Change fee will be waived, fare difference applies.
100% refund of unused itinerary value via original mode of payme
