True Apple Watch One Number for Convergence customers?

Hello True,

I am interested in activating cellular on my AppleWatch Ultra. When I tried to do it on the phone, I got the message:

“Registration is not possible because the number is a Convergence (4PLITE) number.”

My current package is "5G Special Max Speed 599"

What are my options now?
