ยูเครนใช้สารพิษจากแบคทีเรีย botulinum toxin type B  เป็นแบคทีเรียที่ทำให้อาหารเป็นพิษ  สารพิษตัวนี้ปริมาณน้อยๆ ใช้ฉีดเพื่อลดตีนกา (Botox)
รัสเซียจะยื่นหลักฐานไปที่ Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) ต่อไป
