1. Abstract
This reserch is about the important factor of making a decision to use Disney+ hotstar of Phuket Rajaphat University‘s students.
The purposes are 1. To study the behaviors of Phuket Rajahat University‘s student who use Disney+ Hotstar. 2. To study the marketing mix factor that are important for using Disney+ hotstar of Phuket Rajahat University‘s student. 3. To study the satisfaction of using Disney+ hotstar of Phuket Rajahat University‘s student.The sample was 400 students of Phuket Rajahat University. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Analyze data by descriptive statistics.
The findings indicated that the most of respondents are the third year 20 - 21 years male students of the Faculty of management sciences. their income is 3,001-6,000 baht per month. Their most of behavior of using Disney plus Hotstar is from online advertising media, the suggestion by friends, which use for 1 month from 49 bath per month AIS package. Only for 1 person for 1 account. They watch the Disney+ Hotstar application 3-4 days per week by using a smartphone to watch. Which watch continueously 2-3 episodes. These take 2-3 hours per day to watch. most of them watch at 08.00 p.m.-12 a.m. which watch at superhero category.
Besides that the most tecnological external factors influence to use Disney+ hotstar service. The factors part of the product marketing mix that the most important for using Disney+ Hotstar, The respondents are satisfied with media feature that is the most important to using Disney+ Hotstar.
