Does the economics of Thailand rise or down underneath Prayut Chan-o-cha's administration?

A number of Thai people say Thailand's economic is terribly or some people would say It's not that bad. I've researched on google, but there're just a few interviews and analyses. I want to know the fact that the administration of Prayut Chan-o-cha gives the rise or down to economics?
