สงสัยการทดลองตัดบัตรเครดิต เมื่อมีการสมัครบริการโดยใช้บัตรเครดิต ใครเป็นคนรับเงิน ใครมีหน้าที่คืนเงิน
ผมได้สมัครบริการจาก AWS โดยมีการผูกบัตรเครดิต ซึ่งผมใช้บัตร wecard ของ True ในการสมัคร ปรากฏว่ามีการทดสอบตัดบัตร ไป 1 เหรียญ ปกติแล้วเงินจำนวนนี้จะต้องมีการคืนเข้าบัญชี แต่ผ่านมา 1 เดือน ผมยังไม่ได้รับเงินคืน
สอบถามไปทาง True ได้รับคำตอบว่า เงินอยู่กับ AWS ทาง AWS ต้องทำการคืนเงินมาให้
ผมสอบถามไปทาง AWS ได้คำตอบมาดังนี้
I can confirm we have successfully verified your credit card. Please note the $1 authorization charges is kept by your bank and not AWS. We dont proceed with the chare as it was used to verify your credit card and held by your bank. They should refund it back to you 3 - 5 Business days. If you have not received it you will need to reach out to the directly.
Amazon Web Services does not take the $1, it is kept by your bank and its only them that can refund it to you.
ผมสงสัยว่า ปกติ เงินจะไปอยู่ที่ใคร ใครจะเป็นคนรับผิดชอบ สอบถามไปสองช่องทางก็โยนกันไปมา ไม่รู้ว่าอันไหนคือ ข้อเท็จจริง มีใครพอรู้บ้าง
