สั่งของกับ aliexpress แต่ได้ของไม่ครบ dispute ก็ไมไ่ด้เงินคืน

ผมสั่งกระเป๋าไป 9 ใบ สีน้ำเงิน 3 ใบ ม่วง 3 ใบ ดำ 3 ใบ แต่พอได้รับของมีแค่ 8 ใบ สีม่วงขาดไป 1 ใบ เลยเปิด Dispute ตั้งแต่วันที่รับของเลย ถ่ายรูปส่งไปว่าของไม่ครบ แต่ไม่ได้ถ่ายวิดีโอตอนเปิดของด้วย ทำเรื่องขอเงินคืน 7.10 USD ราคาเท่ากับสินค้า 1 ชิ้นที่มันมาไม่ครบ แต่มันขึ้นแบบนี้ครับ

ปกติเปิด Dispute ได้คืนทุกครั้งแต่ครั้งนี้ดูแปลกๆ เลยข้อความไปบอกคนขายว่าต้องการเงินคืน คนขายก็ขอ บช Paypal.
แบบนี้ต้องทำอย่างไรครับ
