ใจความคร่าวๆ คือ หัวหน้าหน่วยงานจากหน่วยงานต่างประเทศ จะเดินทางมาประชุมเมืองไทยช่วงเดือนมิถุนายน ทางเจ้านายเราเลยจะมีหนังสือเชิญมาหารือกันที่ทำงานเราสักวันนึงค่ะ (วันเวลายังรอการยืนยัน)

Subject: Invitation for a Visit to Department of Education for All, Thailand
On behalf of the Department of Education for All (DEA), I wish to extend to you an invitation for a visit to the DEA Headquarters in Bangkok.
As an agency under the Thai Ministry of Education, the DEA promotes equal educational opportunities for, among others, adult learners and teenage school dropouts. Thus, this proposed visit will offer an opportunity for the Vanuatu and the Thai sides to discuss about our shared matters of concern regarding illiteracy and dropout issues as well as our future collaborative efforts – in particular, how we could work together to better cope with the growing challenges of illiteracy among adults. It would also help foster the existing working relationship between the Vanuatu and the Thai counterparts, leading to even closer cooperation towards our common goal of equal educational opportunities in our region.
In this light, I am pleased to invite you to visit the DEA sometime in the month of June 2017. Our DEA coordinator will shortly contact you to schedule the visit on a date and time agreeable to both sides.
