สงสัยบริบทของประโยคนี้ครับ [ภาษาอังกฤษ]

เผอิญได้อ่านหนังสือแนวพัฒนาตัวเอง ภาษาอังกฤษเล่มหนึ่งจาก Kindle ครับ
แล้วสงสัยประโยคดังนี้ครับ

ที่ผมเข้าใจคือ ประโยคที่ขีดเส้นใต้ ความหมายคือ เรามีอารมณ์ประมาณว่าบังคับตัวเอง
ให้ต้องอ่าน Vision Board อะไรประมาณนี้หรือเปล่าครับ
