KBANK lost my money nearly a month, and no one responsible for their mistake.

I have my transfer money into my card on the beginning this month, more than 100,000 THB.
But kbank lost my money.
I tried to contact kbank branch and call center for hundred times for 3 weeks.
No bank officer cares about my evident document, nor check their problem.
Last Friday, Mss Shanipa(02-562-7449) from chargebackcenter called me in hurrying and informed me that she found my money.
I asked her where is my money now? , when will I get my money back?
But Mss Shanipa did not answer anything.
Since then, I can not contact Mss Shanipa again.
Until now, I did not receive contact from Mss Shanipa again,and kbank did not return my money.
How can kbank do this to customer?
Kbank lost customer's money more than 100,000 THB and not responsible, no explaination, no apology.
HOW CAN KBANK DO THIS TO CUSTOMER?
I still did not receive my money back. I'm very suffering because of this bad bank.
I'm not sure if kbank top administration team aware of this problem or not?
Or they just don't care for small customer, and let their bad officer to do any irresponsible practice to customer.
