ประเด็นหลักคือเรื่องผลจากการออดิทรอบที่แล้ว
ถ้าเป็นเรื่องปิดสนามบิน น่าจะโดนธงแดงตั้งแต่ปี 51-52 ครับ

การที่ICAOให้ธงแดงไทย เรื่องไม่มีการดำเนินคดีปิดสนามบินหรือเอาข้อมูลผู้โดยสารมาเปิดเผยเกี่ยวด้วยมั้ยครับ
