10．Applicable laws and settlement of dispute
10.1 Execution and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Korea.
10.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the KCAB's arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
