พอดีผมมีอาการปวดต้นคอ ไป X-Ray มาได้ Diagnosis ดังนี้ รบกวนข้อคำอธิบาย และข้อแนะนำสำหรับอาการนี้ด้วยครับ

C Spine :AP and Lateral views

Decreased cervical lordisis in good alignment
No fracture, dislocation, bony destruction or abnormal sclerosis in demonstrated
The intervertebral disc spaces and prevertebral soft tissue appear normal
