To. CC AIS My bbm is not working?

hey guys , my bbm is not working.. it was working awesome till morning , then it stopped. so i uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it and while logging in it is stuck on ''setting up your bbm'' , please guys i need my bbm back.. pls help guys
