มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับประโยค 2 ประโยคนี้ค่ะ (ภาษาอังกฤษ)

1. The last ten pages of the report of which are interesting, will be the rich information for the student.
    ช่วยแยกประโยคนี้เป็น 2 ประโยคให้หน่อยค่ะ

2. The furnitures that are manufactured in Samutprakarn are as good as those were made in Nakornpathom.
    สำหรับประโยคนี้ สงสัยว่าทำไมใช้ that กับ those ทำไมใช้ which กับ that ไม่ได้คะ? (จริงๆแล้วมข้อนี้มันมาจากในหนังสือแบบฝึกหัดค่ะ)
