I extremely agree with punishing severely the smokers who smoke in public. Todays, cigarette becomes a personal stuff of people especially men and teenage boy. Some smokers have a bad manner in smoking. They smokes among bystanders without any considerateness. Sometimes, it is better if they think of others's health around them. Some people who grow up with asthma will suffer badly when they inhale the tobacco smoke. Kids should deserve clean air not the contaminated air. Smoking in public is also a bad example for teenagers. They assume this is ''to be coll adult''. Thus, one and all can regularly see teenagers smoke with their cool and smart manner(ตรงนี้อยากเขียนว่ามักจะเห็นวัยรุ่นสูบบุหรี่ด้วยท่าทางที่คิดว่าเท่อ่าค่ะ) In addition, some smokers have no self-discipline. They smokes everywhere they pleased evin in no smoking areas. It is such a disgusting behavior. I hardly see them in a smoking allowed area. This shows how effective smoking rule in my city is! Because of three following reasons; having bad manner in smoking, setting an example for youth and overlooking the rule, those people should be fined up and imprison at least 1 month if possible. Smoking rules also should more strictly enforced for smokers afraid of doing it again.
