Will Ki Seung Nyang get chosen as a concubine in ‘ #EmpressKi ’?
The upcoming January 27th episode of MBC TV Mon-Tue drama ‘ #EmpressKi ’ (episode 25), will feature Ki Seung Nyang ( #HaJiWon ) joining the selection process alongside other hopefuls to be the concubine of Ta Hwan (Ji Chang Wook).
In the last episode, Ki Seung Nyang makes the decision to join the selection process in order to take her revenge. This left viewers very much looking forward to the upcoming episodes, and the production team has today released photos of Ha Ji Won joining the selection process.
In the preview for episode 25, Empress Tanasili (Baek Jin Hee) expressed, “I will not let anyone inside my palace,” and showed her strong objection to the selection for a concubine to take place, and a hint that the process will not be a smooth sailing one. Viewers are thus very much anticipating on whether Ki Seung Nyang can overcome all the odds, get through the tests, and obtain Ta Hwan’s flower bouquet to become his concubine.
The production team said, “Viewers will be able to derive much joy from seeing how Ki Seung Nyang overcome the other 9 hopefuls with her own methods to become a concubine. Please look forward to the upcoming episode if you want to know what the tests will be, and how Ki Seung Nyang will solve all the problems placed before her.”
Meanwhile, Ta Hwan temporarily loses the ability to speak after suffering extreme shock previously, but he hides the truth that he has already recovered from it, and viewers will be piqued to what plan Ta Hwan has in mind for this manoeuvre.
‘Empress Ki’ airs every Monday and Tuesday through MBC TV.
