The topic that is about dieting is so sensitive that no one can absolutely judge whether it is beneficial or not. Because of individual health and ways of using, the results of dieting are distinct among users. For someone, it is beneficial; on the other hand, it totally annihilates user’s health.
Firstly, for someone properly using dieting method, dieting can make their life better in several ways. Due to the fact that dieting is the ways to control the amount of food intake, dieting, thus, promotes better health for whom using it by reducing risk involving in serious illness such as diabetes, heart attack, etc. In addition, dieting help to increase the level of immunity, because overweight status plays an important role in immunity system reduction. Furthermore, for such career as actors, actress, and models, external appearance is vital for them. Therefore, dieting not only promotes better health, but also helps some career to be employed.
Nevertheless, sometime when dieting is misused or overused; it causes many adverse effects, especially for physical illness and psychological disorder. For physical impact, over dieting means that users rarely take any diet; hence, body system will lack of necessary nutrition that energize human body and will take higher risk in some illness such as stomach disease. Additionally, in some cases, over dieting can cause psychological disorder in dieters, because they are too much worried in their food consumption.
In conclusion, dieting is a kind of method that its result is totally dependent on users; thus, it can provide both positive effect and adverse effect. In my opinion, if this method is used properly and is balanced, it will contribute to better life, including better health and better quality of living.
