I’m with True, based in Pattaya (Jomtien), and it’s an absolute nightmare. I can’t play any competitive games. In-game, everything looks fine: 0% packet loss, stable ms, and a stable ping. But WinMTR and PingPlotter show huge packet loss, and I’m experiencing massive delay and desync in games like Valorant and CS2.
They told me some undersea cables between Thailand and Singapore are broken, and naturally, they have no idea when it will be fixed. It’s insane, especially considering playing competitive games is literally my job as a streamer.
This screenshot is referring to the Valorant Singapore server. How can I get that much packet loss? That’s crazy. And the thing is, I’m experiencing packet loss from Pattaya to Bangkok as well, so it’s not only an international issue. They could at least fix my routes from Pattaya to Bangkok! I’ve been dealing with them for a month now, and they said they’re doing their best and can’t do anything else, lol.
What am I supposed to do now? Trust me, I’ve tried everything, so no need to try to help me. I play with a LAN cable, tried all GPNs/VPNs like ExitLag, Cloudflare, NordVPN, NoPing, Mudfish, etc. I tried multiple DNS, IPv6 disabled and enabled, I bought multiple routers as well, and nothing fixed it. The routing is absolutely broken and nothing can fix it except them.. Please tell me that I’m not the only one experiencing this ?
