รบกวรขอความรู้ ผลตรวจ CT-scan brain

CT-BRAIN WITH CONTRAST MEDIA
The dural venous sinus shows normal enhancement without filling defect.
There is mucosal thickening at bilateral maxillary sinuses. The rest of visualized paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are clear. Bony structure appears unremarkable.
IMPRESSION:
- Lacunar infarction at anterior limb of left internal capsule.
- No abnormal enhancing lesion or leptomeningeal enhancement.

แฟนมีอากาตเวียนหัว  หน้ามืด แขนขวาเหมือนมีของแหลมหลายๆอันทิ่ม มือขวาชาเป็นๆหาย มาสักระยะ  มือกระตุก ระหว่างรอผลตรวจ มีอาการตาดับไปชั่วขณะ ประมาณ 1 เดือน ก่อนจะมีอาการที่กล่าวมา ถ้าผลตรวจออกมาแบบนี้ จะอ่านผลว่าอย่างรัย สามารถบอกสาเหตุได้เลยมั้ยหรือ รอดูอาการก่อน
