ผลมีดังนี้ค่ะ
Findings
-Matted lymphadenopathy at RT obturator-external iliac region,about 3.4x3.5x5cm. in size,causing RT middle ureteric obstruction with RT hydronpehrosis&hydroreter.
-Soft tissue strands within far planes around the matted RT pelvic lymphadenopathy.
-The remaining of the previously enlarged retroperitoneal lymph nodes appears decreased in sizers.
- Small gallstones.
-Still prestnt RT external iliac vein&RT femoral vien thrombosis.
-The liver is narmal in size with normal parenchymal enhancement on all CT phases.
- No bile duct dilatation.
-No significantly changed of a thin-walled lobular cyst wjth small calcifictions in wall at LT adrenal gland,about 2.5x4.4x2.6 cm. in size.
-Diffuse mild thickening of the urinary bladder wall could be post-radiation change.
-The spleen, pancreas, gallbladder, bilateral kidneys, RT adrenal gland, stomach and bowel are unremarkable.
-Small cyst in RT renal cotex.
-No ascites.
-Fibroreticular infiltration in the included bilateral basal lungs could be besal pneumonitis.
Conclution
-Progressive matted RT pelvic lymphadenopathy causing RT middle ureteric obstruction with RT hydronpehrosis&hydroureter, while decreased in sizes of the remaining retroperitoneal lymph nodes.
- Small gallstones.
-Diffuse mild thickening of the urinary bladder wall could be post-radiation change.
