รบกวนสอบถามเรื่องสัญญาจ้าง

รบกวนสอบถามเรื่องสัญญาจ้างในข้อ 2 ของสปอยว่าเข้าข่ายสัญญาไม่เป็นธรรมหรือไม่ ปัญหาคือจะลาออกไปอยู่บริษัทอื่น ในตำแหน่งอื่นที่ไม่ใช่ลักษณะงานของบริษัทเดิม แต่ติดสัญญาที่เซ็นไป ข้อแรกเข้าใจว่าเป็นไปตามกฏหมายไทย แต่ข้อสองนี่ไม่มั่นใจ ขอบคุณครับ
ถ้าถามว่าบริษัทใหญ่แค่ไหนก็คือในไทยไม่มีผู้แข่งขันเลย
