A case of breast cancer.
The study shows rather homogeneous tracer uptake throughout whole skeleton.
However, tracer uptake in each kidney and urinary bladder is very faint.
IMPRESION: Finding could be spuer scan which represents diffuse blastic bone metastasis. Confirmation with the radiograph is advised.
