Any place to have PCR in อุดรธานี

สวัสดีครับ
Please advice me any medical insutitution or private company, where I can get RT-PCR test and certification for travel use in Udon Thani.
น้ำลาย method will be appreciate but โพรงจมูก is also OK. 
I need negative cettifacation within 72hr to my international flight.
