Hello แพลตฟอร์มจักรยานของ Ant Group ยื่นไฟลิ่งเตรียมเข้าตลาดหุ้นในอเมริกา

Bloomberg รายงานว่า Hello Inc. เจ้าของแพลตฟอร์มแชร์จักรยาน Hello หรือ Hello Bike ได้ยื่นเอกสารไฟลิ่ง เพื่อเตรียมนำบริษัทเข้าซื้อขายในตลาดหุ้นที่อเมริกาแล้ว ซึ่งจะทำให้เป็นบริษัทผู้ให้บริการแชร์จักรยานรายแรก ที่เข้าตลาดหุ้นที่นั่น
Hello มีผู้ลงทุนรายสำคัญคือ Ant Group รายงานข่าวระบุว่าบริษัทยังไม่สรุปจำนวนหุ้น และราคาหุ้นที่จะขาย แต่คาดว่าบริษัทต้องการเงินเพิ่มทุนจากไอพีโอนี้ราว 1,000 ล้านดอลลาร์ ทั้งนี้ข้อมูลล่าสุดจากการเพิ่มทุน บริษัทมีมูลค่ากิจการราว 5,000 ล้านดอลลาร์
จำนวนผู้ลงทะเบียนใช้งานบนแพลตฟอร์มมี 400 ล้านคน และ Hello ให้บริการแล้วใน 400 เมืองของจีน
ธุรกิจแชร์จักรยานเคยเป็นบริการที่มาแรงมากในจีน แต่หลังการแข่งขันผ่านไปทำให้เหลือผู้ให้บริการไม่กี่ราย และทุกรายล้วนมีบริษัทใหญ่หนุน ได้แก่ Qingju ของ Didi, Meituan Bike ของ Meituan-Dianping ที่ซื้อกิจการ Mobike มา และ Hello ของ Ant Group ซึ่งทุกรายตอนนี้มาเน้นการให้บริการจักรยานไฟฟ้า ซึ่งเป็นตลาดที่ยังเติบโต
