การอัพเดตของ ps3 มีปัญหา

อยากถามพี่ๆว่า ผมไปเผลออัพเดตระบบอะไรเนี้ยแหละแต่ พออัพเดตถึง 50 เปอเซ็นต์ มันขึ้นข้อความแบบนี้ครับ 
prees the power button on the front of this system until the system beeps.next,unplug the ac power cord from the electrical outlet.after a few minutes,restart the system. the update will resume automatically when the system is restarted.
if the update fail agaim. write down error 8002f334 and the contact technical support for assistance.
ลองทำตามดูแล้วก็ยังใช้ไม่ได้ อยากจะทราบว่า เราสามารถออกจากการอัพเดตได้ไหม หรือ เราต้องไปร้านซ่อมครับ?
