MRI Lumbosacral spine
The study reveals normal lumbar lordosis,normal vertebra and internal marrow signal without hypertrophic degenerative change to cause spinal stenosis.
Congenital wide (CW) lumbar central spinal canal (CC) is observed.
The lumbar discs are normal except L5-S1 disc dessication.
At L5-S1 : CW,mild Rt paracentral posterior disc protrusion causing minimal anterior thecal sac indentation, insignificant stenosis of CC,patent LCs.
Bilateral small S2,Lt S3 nerve root sleeves cyss are seen
The conus medullaris appears normal at T12-L1 level.Nointraspinal mass lesion is seen.
The visualized paravertebral soft tissue,psoas muscles,SI joints are unremarkable.
IMPRESSION: Mild Rt paracentral posterior L5-S1 disc protrusion causes minimal anterior thecal sac indentation,insignificant stenosis of CC due to preexistion congenital wide lumbar CC.
No demonstrated lumbar nerve roots compression.
