สั่งอาหารกับ Foodpanda แล้วอยู่ดีๆ ก็ยกเลิก แถมไม่ได้เงินคืนด้วย

อัพเดท: หลังจากกวนฟู้ดแพนด้าหลายวัน ในที่สุดเราก็ได้เงินคืน ขอบคุณมาก

สวัสดีค่ะ นี่คือต้องการคำแนะนำว่าจะทำอย่างไรต่อดี 

วันนี้สั่งสองออเดอร์จากแอป Foodpanda
ออเดอร์แรกจากร้านก๋วยเดี๋ยว ออเดอร์ที่สองจากร้านขนมหวาน (ทับทิมกรอบ)

ออเดอร์แรกส่งโดยไม่มีปัญหา ไรเดอร์ตามหาบ้านเจอ เราโทรไปหาคนที่บ้าน เค้าก็บอกว่าได้ก๋วยเดี๋ยวแล้ว

แต่ออเดอร์ที่สอง แย่มาก คือหาไม่เจอแล้วอยู่ดีๆ ก็แคนเซิลโดยไม่ทงไม่ถามเลยว่าอยากจะให้แคนเซิลมั้ย
โทรมาหาเราสามรอบจากมาเลเซียเพื่อถามทาง แต่ตัวไรเดอร์ไม่โทรมาหาเราเอง
แล้วเราจะอธิบายให้คนที่อยู่ที่มาเลย์ฟังได้ยังไงว่าต้องไปทางไหน
บวกกับร้านนี้สั่งบ่อยนะ ครั้งแรกที่สั่งก็มีปัญหา แต่ได้คุยกับไรเดอร์แบบตรงๆ ถึงได้ติดต่อกันรู้เรื่อง 

แล้วแคนเซิลโดยที่ไม่มีการคืนเงินคืออะไร? เราไม่ได้สั่งให้ไปส่งกลางทุ่งนานะ ทำไมทำได้ทุเรศแบบนี้ ไม่เข้าใจ 
ถ้าออเดอร์แรกส่งไม่ได้ เราก็จะไม่ว่าอะไร แต่นี่ออเดอร์แรกส่งแบบเรียบร้อย ไม่มีปัญหา
ทั้งๆ ที่ใช้ที่อยู่อันเดียวกัน แล้วเราไม่ได้คุยกับไรเดอร์เองด้วย 

เงินเราไปไหนละ? ถ้าไม่ได้เงิน ทำไมไม่พยายามส่งใหม่ละ? อาหารกับเงินเราก็ไม่ได้อะไรเลยเนอะ 

มันคือความผิดของพวกคุณนี่ ไม่ใช่ของลูกค้า ตลกอ่ะ

ใครมีคำแนะนำบ้างมั้ยคะ? ขอบคุณมากๆ เลยนะคะ

Update: After several days of me spamming FoodPanda people, I finally got my refund back. Thanks, a-holes.

Hello, Foodpanda. I need you guys to answer me on this riddle.

I made two orders with you guys today through the application.
The first order was the noodles and the second was the dessert thing.
Both were supposed to be sent to the same address with the same description:
yet, somehow; the first one was delivered just fine without any issue,
but the second one was cancelled without any consideration of the money that I spent.

WTF?

I was called three times, and none of those times did I get the chance to speak to the rider directly.
They were all through a messenger that made the calls from Malaysia. How the eff did you think this would work out?
How the eff was I supposed to describe where to go if the calls were made in Malaysia while my address is in Bangkok? 

What the f is this bullcrap?
And to only get an apologetic email while my money THAT OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT GROW ON TREES disappearing into thin air?
It's effin ridiculous. It's so messed up. 

What the eff are you guys up to? 

I really want my money back. I really do. You can shove your copy/paste apology up somewhere.
