We have a Null and an Alternative Hypothesis, with our Alternative Hypothesis specifically stating that there is a difference from some value specified in the Null Hypothesis statement. This can be a difference in either direction, or a directional difference. But how do we come up with a criteria of what constitutes a significant difference?
