สวัสดีค่ะ เนื่องจาก ดิฉันมีคำถามอยากจะสอบถามไปยังธนาคารดังนี้ค่ะ

ถ้าลูกค้าไปดำเนินการออก new Bank Guarantee ภายใต้ชื่อ new Beneficiary name (the name after merger) ตามที่ธนาคาร Suggest แล้วหนี้ที่คงค้างอยู่กับบริษัทเดิม (xxx) ธนาคารยังคงค้ำประกันหนี้ต่อเนื่องไปจนถึงวันที่ BG หมดอายุหรือไม่

If the customer arranged to a new BG favoring the new Beneficiary name (the name after merger) effective from 2/8/2018 onwards as your suggest, then the outstanding debt to the existing company (Xxx) Is the bank still guaranteeing the debt continuity until BG expired?
