Gmarket ถูก return[cancel]

เราสั่งของไปกับทาง Gmarket แต่ถูก cancellation(return) ซึ่งจ่ายเงินไปแล้วตัดแล้ว ยอดประมาณ 4000 กว่าๆ คือไม่รู้ต้องทำยังไง ใครรู้ตอบหน่อย เราตัดไปกับ wecard *truemoney wallet เราติดต่อทรูแล้วแต่ยังงงๆ กลับมาอ่านเมลซึ่งตอนนี้ก็ยังไม่ได้เงินคืน ก็เลยอยากถามว่าประมาณกี่วัน
