Luke 22:19-20
19 Then he took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to them,
saying, 'This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.'
20 He did the same with the cup after supper, and said,
'This cup is the new covenant in my blood poured out for you.

to the table. 'Do you understand', he said, 'what I have done to you?
13 You call me Master and Lord, and rightly; so I am.
14 If I, then, the Lord and Master, have washed your feet, you must wash each other's feet.
15 I have given you an example so that you may copy what I have done to you.
