I would like to sue my ex for child support for my 10 years old daughter. He is in Newton,MA but We live in Thailand.
I was an Aupair there and met him.
We were registered married in Sharon town but he said after he left that it was invalid married because he did not wait for right day after he just got the 1st divorce. Then I was pregnant 4 months we went back to Thailand. He left me after the girl was born,in Thailand but we went to US embassy applied her birth certificate and passport but I lost them with flood in 2011. Now I have just the copies of them .
We still email sometime ,I see in Facebook Now he has 2 years old boy and look like his life is very well with out take any responsibility with the daughter. I have raised the daughter my self for 10 years.
-What I have to do I want to sue him for child support?
-How much it gonna cost for the expenses?
-How much for the child support rate will I get from him?
-Do I have to go there in USA?
