เปิดโปรแกรม Line บน Notebook ไม่ได้

ตามหัวข้อกระทู้ค่ะ NB เป็น Windows 7 ไปกดอัพเดทไลน์แล้วเข้าไม่ได้อีกเลย
พอคลิกเข้าไป จะมีหน้าต่างเด้งขึ้นมา มีข้อความว่า

Line has stopped working
Windows can check online for a solution to the problem.

มีตัวเลือกให้สองอันคือ
-Check online for a solution and close the program
-Close the program

ลองคลิกที่ข้อแรกก็ไม่หาย ลบแล้วลงใหม่ก็ไม่หาย ช่วยทีค่ะ
