จากที่ผมเข้าใจ ถ้าตามปกติแล้ว รูปประโยค would have + v3 มักเจอในรูป

1.Conditional Sentence type 3  ใช้กับเหตุการณ์ที่ตรงกันข้ามกับความเป็นจริงในอดีตที่ไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นจริง แต่ถ้าเกิดขึ้นจะเป็นอย่างไร
If she had studied, she would have passed the exam.

2.เอา Conditional มาแยกใช้เดี่ยวๆ เพื่อ ใช้บอกถึงเหตุการณ์ที่เกือบจะเกิดขึ้นในอดีต แต่ไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นเพราะสาเหตุบางอย่าง
Tony would have punched that guy. He is so rude.
มาจาก  Tony would have punched that guy if he was brave enough.

3.Reported speech, thought and feeling จากรูป future perfect
Future perfect from : When you go to the cyber cafe, I will have surfed the internet for 3 hours.
Rported thought     : (I thought that) I would have surfed the internet for 3 hours.

แต่ผมไปเจอประโยคต่อไปนี้ซึ่งเข้าใจความหมาย แต่ไม่รู้ว่ามีที่มาอย่างไร

1. It's more beautiful than I would have expected.

2.I stare at the burned land to pass the time.
I don't remember what happen here back then.
I probably don't remember because i was a kid, and it wouldn't have been an easy scene to memorize.

เลยอยากจะถามเพื่อนๆ พี่ๆ ว่า 2 ประโยคข้างบนนี้มีที่มาในทาง grammar อย่างไรครับ ขอบคุณครับ
