ตำแหน่ง Quality Performance Report ทำเกี่ยวกับอะไรครับ

a)       The objective of this service is to inform the status of O&M service progress by Supplier to TRUE
b)      Monthly O&M Report will include but not limited to following items:
c)       Overview of network running;
d)      Network performance related to O&M service;
e)       Trouble ticket handling statistics and analysis
