ดิฉันมีเอกสารพินัยกรรมจากศาลที่อังกฤษเกี่ยวกับข้อตกลงประนีประนอม มีข้อ2 อ่านแล้วไม่ค่อยเข้าใจ ไม่แตกฉานในภาษา และคำของกฎหมาย เลยอยากรบกวนช่วยแปลเอกสารคะ รบกวนด้วยนะคะ
AND BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERD that:
1. The first defendant do carry out the said terms of compromise and in particular shall transfer the property known as (the Property) to the Trustees, namely, the Claimant and ..... within 21 days of the date of this Order.
2. All futher proceedings herein be stayed save for the purpose of giving effect to the said terms of compromise and to this Order and the parties have leave to apply to the Court for that purpose.
