ใบแจ้งหนี้ paypal คืออะไรหรอครับ

พอดี ใน E-mail ผมเขียนมาว่า [ คุณได้รับใบแจ้งหนี้ (0021) จาก xxx ]

คือยังไงหรอครับ  ในใบเขียนข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขมาว่า

PayPal Terms - The transaction above is a PayPal gift. The amount stated can take up to 24 hours to reflect in your PayPal balance. This gift is non-refundable and the bender will be unable to dispute
this transaction.

คือผมจะได้รับเงินจำนวนดังกล่าวภายใน 24 ชม. หรือว่า ผมต้องดำเนินการจ่ายเงินให้ใบแจ้งหนี้
