ผมเป็นนักศึกษาคณะนิติศาสตร์ของธรรมศาสตร์ครับ กำลังจะเรียนจบโดยคาดหวังว่าเกรดจะออกมาประมาณ 3.00
ต้องการข้อความช่วยเหลือ ในคำถามต่างๆดังนี้ครับ
1.ถ้าผมต้องการศึกษาต่อปริญญาโทด้าน IP ที่ BU (Boston University) ด้วยเกรดเฉลี่ยเพียงเท่านี้จะมีโอกาสได้รับการตอบรับหรือไม่?
2.ในเว็บของคณะ (BU) ไม่ได้กำหนดเกณฑ์คะแนนทางด้านภาษาไว้ อยากทราบว่าใช้ TOEFL, IELTS ประมาณท่าไหร่ครับ
3.โปรแกรม "The Two-Year LL.M. Track" ของ BU นี้ถือเป็นหลักสูตร 2 ปีตามที่ กต.กำหนดหรือไม่

BU Law’s Legal English Certificate Program (or 'LECP') is a one-year, 25 credit, full-time residential program that provides intensive instruction in English and legal English communication skills, as well as a graduated and foundational exposure to American legal culture, vocabulary, concepts and law school studies, including academic skills. Jointly developed by BU Law and BU's Center for English Language and Orientation Programs (CELOP), LECP is offered in two tracks: the 'Certificate-only' track is for those not seeking entry into a BU Law LL.M. program; the 'Two-Year LL.M.' track is specifically designed to prepare students for success in one of our LL.M. programs. In the Two-Year LL.M. track, students spend their first year in LECP, improving their English skills and gaining the academic skills and background knowledge necessary to succeed in one of BU Law’s demanding graduate programs. In the second year, students enroll full-time in the LL.M. program to which they have been admitted. Classes are kept small to ensure that students receive the individual attention. Both tracks provide a holistic, immersive and rigorous learning experience from one of the nation's foremost institutions for legal English studies.

This track is designed to provide students with the tools they need to success in one of BU Law's LL.M. programs. The curriculum is as follows:

Fall Semester

Legal English I (CELOP course, 7 credits)
Academic Skills for U.S. Law Studies I (Law course, 3 credits)
Introduction to U.S. Legal Culture (Law course, 2 credits)
Spring Semester

Legal English II (CELOP course, 7 credits)
Legal Writing (Law course, 2 credits)
Persuasive Legal Advocacy (Law course, 2 credits)
Topics in American Law (Law course, 1 credit)
Academic Skills for U.S. Law Studies II (Law course, 1 credit)

Summer Semester

Six week Pre-LL.M. Program: Legal English for LL.M. Students (CELOP course, no credits)
