พอดีคุณแม่พาน้องไปสแกนไทรอยด์มาค่ะ  แต่พอดีคุณหมอที่หาเป็นประจำไม่อยู่ คุณแม่ร้อนใจเลยอยากให้ผู้รู้ช่วยอธิบายทีค่ะ

History: a case of congenital hypothyroid
Finding : the study reveals homegenous radiotracer u p take in the thyroid gland. The shape and size are unmarkable. No abnormal radiotracer uptake outside thyroid bed is observed
Impression:
- presence of thyroid gland at thyroid bed
- Enzymatic or organification defect should be considerd
