แฟนเป็น ไวรัสตับ B แบบพาหะครับ จึงไปทำ ultrasound ตับ โดยผลออกมาแล้ว
คุณหมอแจ้งว่าตับปกติดี แต่พอผมอ่านในรายละเอียดเหมือนกับว่าที่เนื้อตับมีความหยาบ
จึงไม่แน่ใจว่าคุณหมอแจ้งว่าตับปกติเพื่อให้เราสบายใจรึเปล่าครับหรือว่าเราคิดมากไปครับ
เนื่องจากประวัติทางบ้านเขาไม่ดีครับ แม่เสียเพราะมะเร็งตับ และป้าเขาก็ตรวจพบมะเร็งตับ
จึงรบกวนปรึกษาครับ จะได้หาแนวทางแก้ไขได้ทันครับ

Upper abdomen:
History: F/33 Yrs., CHB screening for HCC.
The study reveals coarse texture of liver parenchyma echoes without solid mass or intrahepatic duct dilatation could be due to liver parenchyma disease. GB shows normal GB distension without gallstones. The CBD is not dilated. The spleen, pancreatic head & body, both kidneys and upper aorta are unremarkable. The pancreatic tail is not seen due to overlying bowel gas.
No ascites or upper para-aortic lymphadenopathy is show.

Liver fuction test:
SGOT(AST)    = 16
SGPT(ALT)     = 11
HBs Ag         = Pasitive
HBe Ag         = Negative
ANTI-HBe     = Positive
ANTI-HCV     = Negative
Impression: Liver parenchyma disease is noted without SOL.
