ในเอกสาร ก็มีตัวอย่างภาษาอังกฤษให้ดูเลย copy ซะ
ได้ยินว่า สถานทูตเนเธอแลนด์ ไม่ต้องมี การรับรองด้วย (ถ้าผิดแจ้งด้วยนะครับ)
