ผมสั่งซื้อสินค้าจากบริษัทแห่งหนึ่งในออสเตรเลียครับ โดยจ่ายเงินผ่าน paypal สั่งไปเกือบสัปดาห์แล้ว เลย mail ไปถามเรื่อง order status และ tracking number   ทางผู้ขายเลยส่งหมายเลข tracking number มาให้ครับ พร้อมกับบอกว่าส่งสินค้าให้ผ่านวิธี DHL Global mail ซึ่งเป็นตัวเลขและตัวอักษร ประมาณนี้ครับ  "  P*******ZOO**** " ( ที่ดอกจันเป็นตัวเลขครับ )

ปรากฏว่าผมนำไป พิมพ์ในช่อง track สินค้าทั้งของ DHL และ Australian Post ก็ไม่ได้ เลยส่ง mail ไปถามผู้ขายอีก ผู้ขายตอบกลับมาว่า เลขที่ส่งให้เป็นรับพัสดุภายในประเทศ Australia ( Locally ) ไม่สามารถนำไป track ใน website DHL ได้ ต้องรอให้ตัวแทนรับสินค้าไปส่งที่ Sorting centre ที่ Sydney ก่อน

อีก 2 วัน ผู้ขายส่งเลข Tracking number มาให้ครับ บอกว่าเป็นเลข International DHL tracking number ดังประมาณนี้ครับ    "RX*********TW "   ( ที่ดอกจันเป็นตัวเลขครับ )  แต่สุดท้ายผมนำไป พิมพ์ track สินค้าของ website DHL Global mail ก็ยังขึ้นว่า ไม่มีข้อมูลอยู่ดี ( No data found )

เมลล์ที่ผู้ขายตอบมาล่าสุด ดังกล่าวครับ

Thankyou for your order and your email. To explain the process to you....




          * order assigned the " P*******ZOO**** "  code  for identification of the parcel from the time the package is registered with DHL. This is the only number we have available at the time we finalise the order in our system.

     * package is then sent by Courier to the DHL sorting centre in Sydney

     * received on the 27th in Sydney and assigned the international tracking number " RX*********TW "

     * dispatched from Sydney on the 27th to Germany (the international DHL Global Mail Hub)

     * from Germany it will be sent to Thailand

     * once it arrives in Thailand it will be incorporated into the Thai postal system but still traceable with the RX*********TW number

The whole process takes 2-3 weeks usually and can vary due to weather conditions and time of year (around Christmas is very busy).

Please note it also takes a while before the international tracking number starts registering on the global tracking sites.

ผมขอสอบถามพี่ ๆ เพื่อน ๆ ที่เคยใช้บริการของ DHL Global mail และอยู่ในออสเตรเลีย ช่วยตอบผมว่า

1. ระบบของ DHL Global mail จะต้องส่งสินค้าไปรวมกันที่ประเทศเยอรมันก่อนจ่ายให้ผู้รับปลายทาง ตามที่ผู้ขายบอก จริงหรือไม่ครับ

2.มีตัวเลข tracking number  " P*******ZOO**** "  ( ที่ดอกจันเป็นตัวเลขครับ ) ดังกล่าวในประเทศออสเตรเลียด้วยหรือครับ

3. ปกติระบบของ DHL ต้องรอกี่วันครับ ถึงจะ track ดูสถานะของพัสดุได้ ผมลองพิมพ์หมายเลขใหม่ที่ผู้ขายส่งมาให้ track ดูก็ยังขึ้นว่า ไม่พบข้อมูล ครับ

4.หมายเลขใหม่ที่ผู้ขายส่งมาให้ RX*********TW ( ที่ดอกจันเป็นตัวเลขครับ )  รหัสแบบนี้มีอยู่จริงไหมครับ ?  และเลขลงท้ายมาไทย ทำไมลงด้วย TW ไม่ใช่ TH หรือครับ ( หรือผู้ขายสับสนว่าเป็น Taiwan )

5.ปกติถ้าส่งของจากออสเตรเลียมาไทยโดยใช้วิธี DHL Global mail กินเวลาประมาณกี่วันครับ

6.ลักษณะดังกล่าวมานี้ มีอะไรไม่ชอบมาพากลเกี่ยวกับผู้ขายไหมครับ เพราะเพิ่งซื้อเป็นครั้งแรกกับที่นี่
